Ente Certificazione Macchine Srl (accepted abbreviations - Entecerma, ECM) is a European certification body from Italy, notified body number - NB 1282, with which we have been actively cooperating within the framework of CE certification since 2017.
ECM has twenty years of experience in certifying electrical products, machinery and industrial equipment, positioning itself as a reference for international companies in verifying compliance with standards set by EU directives and major international standards.
ECM can offer a wide range of quality and safety services – certification, laboratory testing, inspection and training.
ECM – Ente Certificazione Macchine was founded in 1998 in Savignano sul Panaro (MO), Italy. Subsequently, due to constant expansion, the company decided to move and build its headquarters in Castello di Serravalle – Valsamoja (BO), where it is currently located. Attention to the international context has led ECM to expand its presence worldwide by creating a dense network of commercial partnerships in China, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Iran, India, Israel and the United States.
Over the years, ECM has expanded its areas of competence, obtaining accreditation as a Notified Body for various European product directives, as an Accredited Body for the Certification of Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001 and as an Accredited Testing Laboratory. ECM has also been designated by the NCB to operate within the international IECEE CB scheme.
In 2020, continuing to expand its service portfolio, ECM obtained accreditation under Directive RED 2014/53/UE (radio equipment), and in 2022, Ente Certificazione Macchine obtained the status of Notified Body for the European Medical Devices Regulation 2017/745 (MDR), also an achievement is the expansion of the test laboratory with new advanced equipment and tools, including a latest generation semi-anechoic chamber.
As a result of a long process of cooperation in the field of assessment in the field of European conformity assessment of EU Directives (CE Certification) and the intensive work of all staff, we have successfully completed almost 200 joint certification projects, gaining trust and recognition of the results of our work in many areas, including:
