By providing my personal data using online forms, I consent to the processing of my personal data and confirm that I am familiar with the purpose of processing personal data and the rights granted to me in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
The purpose of processing the user's personal data is to ensure the possibility of:
- receiving a commercial offer regarding the user's request;
- receiving consultations regarding the user's request;
- receiving news regarding the certification field.
Personal data processing - any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including with the use of information (automated) systems (Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-UI).
Rights of the subject of personal data in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-UI
1. Personal non-property rights to personal data that each individual has are inalienable and inviolable.
2. The subject of personal data has the right:
• to know about the sources of collection, location of his personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or administrator of personal data or to give a corresponding instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by law;
• to receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
• to access his personal data;
• receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
• submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of his personal data;
• submit a reasoned request to change or destroy his personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;
• to protect his personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory of the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
• to file complaints about the processing of his personal data with the Commissioner or the court;
• apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
• make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
• to be protected against automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.
