Technical conditions - a regulatory document establishes requirements for products, their packaging, transportation, storage, as well as for raw materials and components used in the production process. Unlike DSTU, the ownership of TU belongs to the economic entity.
The need to develop Technical Conditions may arise in the following cases:
- If your products are not covered by any of the current standards developed by the state (DSTU, GOST).
- If there is a standard that applies to products, the manufacturer must supplement or strengthen the product requirements.
- The manufacturing technology or raw materials from which the product is made differs from the requirements of existing standards (DSTU, GOST)
- If additional control methods are applied to the product that are not mentioned in the state standards.
