ECtype-examinationcertificate – the document confirming that production is checked by independent certification body, and its compliance to requirements of technical regulations is documentary proved. ECtype-examinationcertificate can be issued to the direct producer of production (its representative) or its supplier (seller).

Conformity assessment is the process showing proof of the claimed quality of products, properties of goods and services requirements of Technical Regulations, standards or codes of existing terms and contracts conditions.

The conformity assessment procedures stipulated by specific modules that are described in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On approval of the Technical Regulations Conformity of the assessment modules» from October 7, 2003 No. 1585.

To obtain the certificate of conformity the type in Ukraine it is nessesary to provide the following documents:

• the application, certified by the seal of the company, and signed by authorized representative of the company;
• full description of production which is the subject of certification (technical characteristics, scope, the detailed image of products).
• depending on the certification scheme provided a contract with the attached specifications and shipping documents (invoice, bill of lading, invoice, etc.);
• test reports;
• the producer's technical documentation (technological, engineering), if necessary.
